Keep them in a cool dry place, Cakesicles and some cakes can be stored in the fridge in their box if they contain cream cheese frosting for example. It is not advised to keep fondant decorated cakes in the fridge or a completely air tight container as this can cause the fondant to become sticky and the decorations to wilt.  Once the cake is cut you could put some cling film over the exposed sponge to stop the air drying it out

  • Do you do gluten free/allergy cakes? Yes I can do gluten free, dairy free or vegan cakes on request. Pease note whilst I take extreme care to minimize the risk of cross contamination, I can not guarantee my products are completely safe to consume for those with very sensitive allergies.
