Of course I want your cakes to taste amazing .... so I always use high quality ingredients. With an ever growing concern for animal welfare and the environment, my cakes contain organic free range eggs, organic cocoa powder, Fairtrade certified chocolate, and they are dairy and palm oil free where possible, I am also gradually expanding my Vegan cake range.
Allergens
Please be sure to inform me of any allergies when placing your order. Any allergens in the cake will be clearly labeled on the front of the cake box. Whilst I take extreme care to minimize the risk of cross contamination, I can not guarantee my products are completely safe to consume for those with very sensitive allergies.
