Refunds and Returns
As my products are fresh food and baked to order, I cannot accept returns or exchanges once they have been posted.
Damaged or Missing Deliveries
Your order leaves my kitchen in perfect condition, but I want you to love your treat! If your box arrives damaged, or if it doesn't arrive at all, please let me know so I can make it right.
What to do: Email me at info@amagicalslice.co.uk within 24 hours of delivery.
What to include: Please send me a quick photo of the damage to the box and the brownies.
How I fix it: I will happily arrange for a replacement box to be posted to you or issue a refund for the affected delivery.
Not Satisfied With Your Order? I want you to absolutely love your treats! If you are not completely satisfied with your brownies or feel they don’t meet my usual high baking standards, please reach out so I can make it right.
What to do: Email me at info@amagicalslice.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving your box.
What to include: Please let me know what went wrong and include a quick photo of your treats so I can look into it.
How we fix it: I will gladly bake and post a fresh replacement box to you or issue a refund for that month's delivery.
Cancellations
Want to cancel your subscription? You can cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account. To stop your next box from shipping, please make sure to cancel at least 5 days before the first Tuesday of the month so I haven't already started baking your order!
