Customisable slab cake

No refunds will be given after you have taken the cake with exception of it you have a complaint about a cake being dry or not baked correctly you have to return a sample of that cake that demonstrates the problem within 24 hours of the cake having gone to you. (I can then make the decision on weather I will give a full or partial refund depending on the severity of the problem)

Please be sure to inform me of any allergies when placing your order. Any allergens in the cake will be clearly labeled on the front of the cake box. Whilst I take extreme care to minimise the risk of cross contamination, I can not guarantee my products are completely safe to consume for those with very sensitive allergies.

How to carry your cake safely

Hold the cake box from the underneath.

Do not hold the sides or hug the box as this can crush the cake.

Traveling in the car

Put the cake in the footwell of the front passenger seat or put the cake flat in the car boot.

Clear away all other items to prevent anything falling onto and damaging the cake.

Notice

I accept no liability for cakes that are damaged after the customer collects them.

Keep your cake fresh by storing it in its original box or an air tight container. Place it in a cool, dry room away from heat sources. Enjoy your cake within in 3 - 5 days. Wrap left overs tightly in clingfilm, then foil, to freeze for up to 3 months.
